TERMS OF SERVICE

The general online sales conditions of Furam zase d.o.o. (hereinafter: Furam zase) constitute a binding agreement between the customer (an individual or a legal entity) and Furam zase d.o.o. for all online purchases made at www.lost-trails.com.

By accessing or using the online store, the customer confirms that they agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not agree with the Terms of Service, they may not use the online store or place orders through it.

PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (EUR) and include the Slovenian value added tax (VAT) at a rate of 22%, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For customers located in another EU member state, the final price may change according to the VAT rate of the customer’s country of residence. The recalculated price is determined using the following formula:
price displayed on the website / 1.22 × (1 + VAT rate of the customer’s country).

The final price will be automatically updated once the customer enters their shipping information at checkout.

All prices are valid at the moment of purchase, i.e., at the time the order is placed on the Lost Trails online store. Prices apply to the listed payment methods and under the terms and conditions published on the website.

If the price of an item changes during the processing of the order, the customer will be notified. The seller will make every reasonable effort to offer the customer the lower price or provide an alternative mutually acceptable solution.

INFORMATION ABOUT PAST ORDERS

Information about past orders is stored in the Lost Trails online store database. The store operates on the Shopify SaaS platform.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Customers can purchase our products through our online store at www.lost-trails.com.

Purchasing is completed by adding selected products to the shopping cart. Items and quantities can be changed at any time before the final confirmation.

Below is an overview of the order process:

Step 1: Enter your shipping address and contact information (or sign in)

At this step, you must provide your shipping address and contact details. You also select your preferred delivery method (shipping or personal pickup, where applicable).

We use this information to send your order confirmation and any order-related updates. The courier may also contact you using these details when delivering your package.

You can choose to save your information in the store database to speed up future purchases.

You may also create a customer account by entering a username and password. Creating an account allows you to view your past orders and access additional store features.

If you already have an account, you can sign in and your information will be pre-filled, with the option to edit it.

Creating an account is not required to place an order.

Step 2: Select shipping method

Available shipping methods will be shown based on your entered address. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Step 3: Select payment method

You can choose from a wide range of secure payment options, including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank deposit.

Please note that available payment methods may vary depending on your country or the currency selected at checkout.

Furam zase d.o.o. reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily disable payment methods without prior notice.

The list of payment methods in these Terms may not always reflect real-time availability. By placing an order, you agree that the payment methods displayed at checkout represent the currently available options.

You may also enter a billing address that differs from your shipping address by selecting “Use a different billing address.”

Step 4: Review your order

Before submitting your order, you can review all entered information. If necessary, you may return to previous steps and make changes.

Step 5: Complete order

Once all information is correct, click “Complete order.”

By clicking “Complete order,” you confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service and that you authorize the payment of the amount shown.

Step 6: Order confirmation

After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. At this moment, a binding sales contract between the customer and Furam zase d.o.o. is established.

NOTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT

After completing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact the customer (by phone or email) if verification of information or delivery details is required.

The purchase process for legal entities is the same as for individual consumers. At the end of the checkout process, the customer simply enters the company name and VAT identification number. Available payment methods remain the same.

The sales contract (order) is stored electronically on the seller’s servers and is available to the customer at any time in their user account (“My Account”), provided that the customer created an account before placing the order.

INVOICE

The customer will receive the invoice for their order electronically within 8 days after the order has been fulfilled.
If you do not receive your invoice within this time frame, please contact us at info@lost-trails.com and we will send it to you immediately.

REGISTRATION

Each registered user has a unique username and password used to access their account on our website. The password is confidential and known only to the user.

The user agrees that only they—or a person they have explicitly authorized—may use their username and password to access and act on their behalf within the online store.

For business and order-fulfillment purposes, we collect the following personal information:


  • Name and surname

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Username (identical to the customer’s email address)

  • Password (stored in encrypted form)

  • Any additional information the user voluntarily enters on the webshop

By registering, the user agrees to receive notifications related to their order and automated system messages. If the user selects “Subscribe to our newsletter” during registration or checkout, they agree to receive promotional emails about special offers, new products, and giveaways. The user may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.

By registering, each user permits the use of the above-mentioned personal data for the purposes of processing and fulfilling orders, as well as for any communication related to their purchase.
In accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, the provided email address may also be used for direct marketing.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason for their decision.
The only cost the customer bears in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods by mail or by personal delivery to the company’s address.

The customer must notify the seller of their intention to withdraw in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The notification must be sent to: info@furamzase.si.
The goods must then be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been submitted.

The seller will refund the purchase price for the returned items within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the customer has already received the goods and decides to withdraw from the contract, the items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, spoiled, lost, or reduced in quantity through no fault of the customer.

The customer may inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to determine these characteristics or functionality.

Returning the goods within the withdrawal period is considered a valid withdrawal notification.

The seller kindly requests that customers do not remove product labels or tags until they are certain that the item fits their needs, as this ensures a smoother and faster return process.

In the case of an exchange, the same conditions apply as for returns.
If the customer wishes to exchange an item, the exchange is treated as a new order, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

GUARANTEES: FAULTY PRODUCTS AND MATERIAL DEFECTS

We put great effort into personally inspecting every product we send out to ensure high quality. However, due to the nature of textile products, material defects can still occasionally slip through. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you notice the defect.

In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (“ZVPot-1“) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you must notify us of any defect within 2 months of discovering it. You can exercise your rights arising from a material defect for 2 years from the date you received the product. After two years, this guarantee no longer applies.

Damage or faults caused by improper use, negligence, not following the care instructions, external factors (e.g. excessive heat), intentional damage, modifications of the product or Acts of God are not covered by this guarantee.

If your product breaks within the first year of normal use, it is assumed that the problem already existed when you received the product (unless it is clear that the issue is due to misuse or external factors). In this case, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, or—if this is not possible or proportionate—a price reduction or a refund.

If your product breaks after one year, you still have the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, but you may be required to prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

To start a claim, please email us at info@lost-trails.com with a short description of the defect and clear photos of the product. In some cases, photos are sufficient to approve a refund or replacement. In other cases, we may ask you to send the product to us for inspection.

Each claim is assessed manually. We will inform you of the outcome as soon as the review is complete. Non-approved claims are returned to the customer.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website, and some items may be offered in limited quantities.

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile screen will display colors with complete accuracy. We also do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The seller makes every effort to ensure that all information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, product features, availability, and prices may change so quickly that some information may occasionally remain outdated. In such cases, the seller will notify the customer of any changes and allow them to cancel the order or adjust it to an alternative product.

We reserve the right to modify or update any content on our website at any time, without prior notice.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

We fully respect consumer protection legislation and are committed to providing an effective and fair complaint-handling process.

We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and inform you of the expected time needed to resolve it. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the status of your case.

If you wish to submit a complaint, you can contact us by email at info@lost-trails.com. All complaint procedures are handled confidentially.

We recognize that consumer disputes often involve a disproportion between the value of the claim and the time and cost required to resolve it, which may discourage consumers from taking legal action. For this reason, we always aim to resolve any disagreements amicably and in the customer’s best interest.

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

In accordance with applicable legislation, Furam zase d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to handle consumer disputes that could be initiated under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

As an EU-based online seller, we are required to provide a link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, which is available to consumers at the following website:

This requirement is based on the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, and on Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, which amends Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (the Regulation on consumer ODR).

CODE OF CONDUCT ACCORDING TO ELECTRONIC COMMERCE MARKET ACT:

Lost Trails, operated by Furam zase d.o.o. conducts its business in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act and all related regulations adopted under this legislation.
