SHIPPING

The delivery time for all items in stock is typically 5-10 business days from the moment the order is received, Monday through Friday.
Delivery times refer exclusively to business days (Monday to Friday), as dispatch is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or other non-working days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

We ship via the national postal service.

Shipping is free for orders above 50,00€, or for individual products where free shipping is explicitly stated on the product page.

For orders below 50,00€, the standard shipping cost is 4,90€ for Slovenia and 8,90€ for other countries of EU, regardless of the payment method.

During time-limited promotions or special campaigns, the minimum order value required for free shipping may be temporarily adjusted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - SHIPPING COSTS

In the case of a return or exchange, the seller does not reimburse the cost of returning the items, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

A customer who does not accept the initial delivery and requests a resend must first pay the full purchase amount and all shipping costs to the seller’s bank account.
